Under direction, provides high level administrative assistance to executive team members; performs a full range of varied complex, sensitive, highly responsible, and confidential office administrative, secretarial, advanced clerical, and programmatic support functions of a general or specialized nature with only occasional instruction or assistance; exercising judgment and initiative, relieves executive team members of technical, as well as general administrative details.

Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and a broad range of computer skills. Must be able to multi-task.
Candidates should have two years previous experience preferably in the health care industry

St. James Parish is seeking a full-time night shift ER Registration Clerk to join our team. Performs various functions including: gathering accurate patient demographic information and entering it into hospital information system, insurance verification, discussing benefits with the patient and collecting copays, obtaining signatures on required forms as needed.
Must be self-directed and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum of two years registration experience preferred.
Must have outstanding customer service skills, and ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

St. James Parish Hospital is seeking a full-time Medical Office Receptionist. Performs various functions including: scheduling patients, gathering accurate patient demographic information and entering it into hospital information system, insurance verification, and collecting copays.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Family Medicine and Medical Receptionist preferred. Must have outstanding customer service skills, and ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Work hours 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.
