Krawczyk was nominated by fellow employees and chosen by the Executive Leadership Team for his dedication to the hospital.

Scott Dantonio, Director of Pharmacy, nominated Krawczyk stating, “Dwayne’s thoroughness when it comes to patients’ medication needs is a perfect example of ‘the patient always comes first’ and this is why I feel he deserves to be Employee of the Quarter.”

When asked for comment, Dwayne quoted former President Theodore Roosevelt. “Far and away the best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.”

St. James Parish Hospital congratulates Dwayne for his dedication to the hospital’s mission of providing excellent, quality and compassionate healthcare.
