2018 Employees of the 3rd Quarter
« ReturnSt. James Parish Hospital is proud to announce the 2018 Employees of the 3rd Quarter, Amanda Domino, RN, and Denise Nosacka, PTA. Both employees were nominated by fellow staff and chosen by the Executive Leadership Team for their dedication to the hospital.
Amanda has worked at St. James Parish Hospital full-time for one year, currently serving as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. Amanda is a 1998 Graduate of Lutcher High School and a 2008 graduate of Excelsior College.
Amanda was nominated by Kacie Louque, RN. Kacie wrote, “Amanda is a very hard worker and is very attentive to her patients. She never complains and gets along well with all staff members. She has a great attitude with very positive energy! She always brings a smile to work.”
When asked for comment, Amanda stated, “Treat people like you want to be treated—with kindness!”
Denise has worked at St. James Parish Hospital for seven years. She is currently a Physical Therapist Assistant in the hospital’s Physical Therapy and Rehab Department. Denise graduated from St. Charles Catholic in 1992 and then earned an Associate of Science from Delgado.
Denise was nominated by Shannon Juneau, Director of Physical Therapy and Rehab. Shannon stated, “Denise is always going above and beyond to help others—both coworkers and patients—with the same passion, drive and spirit of caring. She is also very passionate about delivering quality care to our patients. She doesn’t hesitate to consult with a therapist or physician to obtain clarification on a Plan of Care, precautions or any other concern. We thank her so much for your commitment, time, skill, positive attitude and willing and caring spirit!”
Denise commented, “I’m blessed to have a job that I am passionate about at a wonderful place like St. James Parish Hospital.”
