2021 Employees of the 1st Quarter
« ReturnSt. James Parish Hospital is proud to announce the 2021 Employees of the 1st Quarter, Earl Dillon, CRT, and Jennifer Rodrigue. Both employees were nominated by fellow staff and chosen by the Executive Leadership Team for their dedication to the hospital.
Earl began his career in 1985 and joined St. James Parish Hospital as Certified Respiratory Therapist in 2014. He has served our facility for seven years.
Earl was nominated by Shannon Jackson, CNA, who stated, “No matter the time of day or situation, Earl always has a pleasant attitude and a smile. He works well with his co-workers and is so very sympathetic to his patients. He enjoys his job and you can see that every day he comes into work. He is genuinely happy and the patients feel comfortable with him. His personality demonstrates that here at St. James Parish Hospital we not only provide excellent care but also personalized comfort.”
Jennifer graduated from Lutcher High School and went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in Billing and Coding. She began her career at St. James Parish Hospital 10 years ago and currently serves as the Physician Clinic Manager.
Jennifer was nominated by Brandon St. Pierre, Director of Development, who stated, “The phrase ‘jack of all trades’ comes to mind when thinking of Jennifer. She is a go-to resource and has been a rock star in juggling her own work, many additional duties as a result of COVID and her motherly duties at home. She does all of this with the best attitude. She is kind, encouraging, comforting and complimentary to all team members around her.”
“She has a ‘let’s do it’ mentality and has been an integral part of my own career development. She is a huge asset to this organization,” said Brandon.
Jennifer commented, “My time here at St. James Parish Hospital has been an amazing ride. I am extremely thankful for my awesome coworkers and the phenomenal clinic team I work with who keep me motivated to do my very best each and every day.”
