We are so grateful for the outpouring of support from our community as we work hard to respond to the spread of COVID-19. We’ve been donated money, meals and supplies and our staff has enjoyed treats and prayers . It has truly made a difference and we are proudly standing strong with your support.
SUPPLY DONATIONS
For more information about donating supplies and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) related to the COVID-19 outbreak, email materials@sjph.org. We will have someone contact you to discuss current needs and usage history.
FOOD & TREAT DONATIONS
For information about coordinating donations of food and snacks email info@sjph.org. We will help you select days and times and explain drop-off locations and procedures. The latest staff counts are below.

CLOTH MASK DONATIONS
We have been blessed with handmade cloth mask donations. We are still accepting these masks for our patients. Cloth masks can be mailed to 1645 Lutcher Avenue, Lutcher, LA 70071. If you live nearby and would like to schedule an outdoor drop-off, email info@sjph.org.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE FUND
The overwhelming concern for our hospital and staff has truly be unprecedented. As we work to move forward, we find strength in knowing that our community stands behind our team.
In response to several requests, our hospital has created an employee donation account to allow our community to directly support the wellness of our hardworking team. Funds will be used to treat staff through wellness and appreciation services, events and giveaways aimed at reducing burnout and showing thanks for our workforce.
To make a monetary donation to the hospital’s Employee Assistance Fund which directly supports our team, checks should be written to St. James Parish Hospital with a memo or letter stating “Donation for COVID-19 Employee Fund.” Checks can be mailed to 1645 Lutcher Avenue, Lutcher LA 70071 c/o Accounts Payable.
