LHS Athletics Sports Physicals

As part of its ongoing partnership with Lutcher High School, St. James Parish Hospital will be offering free, walk-in sports physicals to Lutcher High School (LHS) student athletes on Friday, August 2nd from 2pm to 5pm and on Saturday, August 3rd from 8am to 11am at St. James Parish Hospital Therapy Center inside the Medical Plaza next to the Hospital (Urgent Care entrance).

Appointments are not needed, but students/parents must pick up and complete a form to bring the day of the physical. Forms can be picked up from:

  • St. James Urgent Care (check-in window)
  • Dog Pound (see Coach Jenkins)
  • LHS Athletic Training Room
  • LHS Front Office
