The hospital’s annual Flu Shot Fair begins today. This year’s event is by-appointment and offers a new process to keep patients staggered and safe. The Flu Shot Fair will be held in St. James Urgent Care located inside of the medical plaza next to the hospital.

Vaccines will be offered every Thursday through Monday during urgent care hours. To schedule a shot, call 225.258.2040. Patients must bring their insurance card. Vaccines are free with most insurances and uninsured patients will be charged $30. Sick patients or those with COVID-like symptoms must wait to get vaccinated.
