St. James Parish Hospital is excited to include Adult Reconstruction and Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Brett Casey, MD, to its growing list of outpatient independent specialty clinics.
A graduate of Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1999, Dr. Casey completed his orthopedic residency through the Texas A&M University Health Science Center, with clinical rotations at Scott & White Memorial Hospital, the Olin E. Teague Veterans’ Center, and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Board-certified in orthopedic surgery since 2006, Dr. Casey has completed advanced training in anterior hip replacement, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, treatment of the athlete’s knee, and minimally invasive knee replacement, among other specialized courses and skill sets. With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Brett E. Casey of Gulf Coast Orthopedics brings a high level of skill and expertise in orthopedic care to St. James Parish Hospital.
