Patient Satisfaction, Safety, & Quality

We welcome your feedback and encourage you to “speak up” if you have any concerns in regards to your care. As an inpatient, you can do this during weekly meetings we plan with you, your family members, physicians, and caregivers, or after you are discharged through a survey that is mailed to your home from an independent company. Outpatients, ER Patients, and Surgery Patients are randomly surveyed by the same company through a toll-free phone call.

Your safety is our goal, so remember to use your call light when you need to get up for any reason and “speak up” if your nurse doesn’t hand wash in and out of your room. We take our mission to provide excellent and quality care seriously by constantly monitoring satisfaction, safety, and quality in order to create initiatives that lead to ongoing improvements throughout our hospital.
