Staff Age-Friendly Survey

Your anonymous feedback is important.

St. James Parish Hospital was designated an Age-Friendly organization in 2019. This journey involved extensive education and the implementation of new processes and protocols in patient care.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the age-friendly initiative, we are now working to access staff understanding of age-friendly principles including the “4M” components:

  1. What Matters
  2. Medication
  3. Mentation
  4. Mobility

The following anonymous survey will help us to better access staff knowledge and understanding as well as opportunities for education.
