LHS Free Sports Physicals
As part of its ongoing partnership with Lutcher High School, St. James Parish Hospital will be offering free, walk-in sports physicals to Lutcher High School (LHS) student athletes on Friday, August 1st from 1pm to 5pm and on Saturday, August 2nd from 8am to 12pm at St. James Parish Hospital Therapy Center inside the Medical Plaza next to the hospital (Urgent Care entrance).Appointments are not needed, but students/parents must pick up and complete a form to bring the day of the physical.Forms can be picked up at the following locations:- St. James Urgent Care (Check-In Window)
- Dog Pound (See Coach Jenkins)
- Athletic Training Room
- LHS Front Office
