We are excited to announce that we are implementing Patient Satisfaction Surveys for additional services at St. James Parish Hospital.

If you visit our ER, Urgent Care, Hospital-Owned Clinics or one of our outpatient departments, you may get a text message or email requesting feedback about your visit. Our Inpatients will continue to receive a paper survey in the mail.

Surveys should only take a few minutes and will help us recognize staff and better serve you in the future.

As always, patients are also invited to share anonymous feedback via our Feedback on Demand Form which is available through our website 24/7.

We value your opinion and look forward to reviewing your feedback.
